Shipping Locations
We ship from the United Kingdom (UK) and currently offer international shipping to the United States (US) and the European Union (EU). At this time, we do not ship to other international destinations.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
- UK Standard Shipping: 48 hours from dispatch
- UK Next Day Delivery: Available (order must be placed before the cutoff time)
- International Shipping (US & EU): Estimated delivery time depends on DHL shipping schedules
Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak shopping periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders (US & EU), any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs in your country.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement.
- Delayed Packages: If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- If the product is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Other Shipping Information
- No local pickup or same-day delivery options.
- Sustainable packaging: We use recycled materials for our packaging.
- No gift wrapping or custom packaging requests available.
